Autistic Adults and Young People

Autism & Complex Behaviours

Empowering young people with personalised care, safe homes, and independence.
At Living Water Services Ltd, we recognise that living with autism, ADHD, or mental health needs brings both unique strengths and individual challenges. Our approach is built around calm, structured, and trauma-informed support that helps every person feel safe, understood, and empowered to take control of their own life.

We create stable environments where young people and adults can build confidence, develop daily living skills, and move towards greater independence. Whether transitioning from hospital, navigating a period of crisis, or needing extra help to maintain stability at home, our dedicated teams provide consistent, autism-specialist care focused on long-term progress and well-being.

Through collaboration with families, health professionals, and local authorities, we ensure that every care plan is personalised, meaningful, and rooted in dignity and respect.
What We Do
28-Day Assessment & Stabilisation
For individuals leaving hospital or experiencing crisis, we provide a structured

Discharge-to-Assess (D2A)
model.
Our team delivers round-the-clock 1:1 or 2:1 support, working closely with multidisciplinary professionals and psychological specialists.

The focus is on stabilising presentation, completing a detailed functional assessment, and developing the right long-term support plan tailored to each person’s needs.

Supported Living (24-Hour)
We help individuals move into homes of their own with a dedicated on-site support team available day and night.

Our staff provide reassurance, encourage independence, and offer practical help with daily routines, medication, and emotional wellbeing—creating safe, consistent environments where people can grow in confidence and stability.
“Through structured sensory planning and consistent routines, incidents decreased by 70% within eight weeks. She now volunteers one morning each week with confidence and minimal support." - K, Autism + Aggression
How We Work
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
We work to understand what causes distress and develop proactive strategies that reduce the likelihood of crisis. Each person has a personalised Behaviour Support Plan and Safety & Coping Plan, created in partnership with our behavioural consultant and psychologist to promote consistency and wellbeing.

Trauma-Informed Practice
Many individuals we support have experienced trauma or restrictive interventions in the past. Our approach is centred on trust, choice, and emotional regulation, never coercion, creating an environment where people feel safe, respected, and heard.

Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Oversight
Every placement benefits from coordinated input from our behavioural consultant, psychologist, registered manager, and wider care team, ensuring each plan remains clinically sound, person-focused, and adaptable to changing needs.

Reflective and Therapeutic Environment

Staff receive weekly reflective sessions and debriefs so that learning happens after every incident and support remains consistent and compassionate.
